Company Profile
Intosea Consulting Limited was established in early 2025 to provide tailored consulting, advisory and in-house services focusing on the Three Waters sector. Led by Glenn Cooper, the company draws on over two decades of experience with a background in roles from consultancies, crown research institutes and privatised overseas water utility companies. Most recently this has included nearly 15 years dedicated to Local Government, including a Three Waters management role based in the Eastern Bay of Plenty.
